Coffee Shop Coffee Machine.
Coffee Shop Coffee machine. If you are thinking of starting a coffee shop rather than a cafe or restaurant and there is going to be a large amount of covers and a high volume of takeaway coffee on offer, then you should maybe think about a more powerful coffee machine with higher group heads than a smaller venue would need. When we say higher group heads, this basically means that the glass can fit underneath of where the coffee comes out of and also the larger takeaway cups too. Most standard traditional espresso machines do not leave you a lot of room to fit glasses etc under. Although most have extra fittings that you can buy to combat this.
Although you will have to pay a bit more for your higher powered coffee machine, you will also be selling more coffee than you would have been, so therefore making more. If you buy a small coffee machine for a large coffee shop, then the machine wont last very long and wont be able to cope on those all important busy times.
You need a quite large boiler if you are going to be drawing tea out of it too, otherwise your coffee machine will break very rapidly or you will be hanging around waiting for it to refill.
If it is a new business and you cant afford for it to go wrong, then think very carefully about which machine that you choose.
